My flowers arrived in poor condition? Will you replace them?

We’re sorry to hear that your flowers did not arrive in mint condition. We put the utmost thought into the design of our packaging to ensure the kit contents arrive safe and in style. Every once in a while the kits hit a bump in the road during transit. If that’s the case for you, please email us a photo along with your order number and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a remedy. Please note: all requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
