Each Floristry Kit comes complete with all the artisan materials necessary to craft a beautiful arrangement at home: the flowers, the vessel, the tools and access to the accompanying tastemaker design tutorials on our website.

The Floral Pantry collaborates with a curated network of tastemakers and flower farms to conceptualize and design each unique Floristry Kit. Each Floristry Kit comes complete with an artisan variety of seasonal flowers thoughtfully chosen by the featured Tastemaker with the art of the arrangement in mind. In effort to meet demands in volume, reduce waste, and mindfully support our partner farms, our current model is not set up to accommodate specific requests at this time. The short answer is no. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, friends, and we like to keep things simple and straightforward. Each Floristry Kit comes complete with an artisan variety of seasonal flowers that are thoughtfully chosen by the featured Tastemaker with the art of the arrangement in mind. Color palettes and materials are inspired by the season and are dedicated to our core laidback-luxe aesthetic approach that you love so much. Thank you so much for understanding!

The Floral Pantry Floristry Kits are hand packed with love! We put the utmost thought into the design of our packaging to ensure the kit contents arrive safe and in style. Flowers will be individually packaged in bunches by variety. Please note that some flowers will arrive a little sleepy and in bud form (not yet open) to allow for prolific bloom and lifespan. Each Kit will include best practices for receiving, conditioning and caring for your flowers.

As soon as you are able to, we recommend putting the flowers in water, in a cool space and away from direct sunlight so they can recover from their travels to you. In most cases, our Tastemakers will advise that the flowers sit in water overnight before you begin your design session. With that being said, we recommend flowering within 24-48 hours of arrival so you can enjoy the beauty of your arrangement as long as possible.

The flower recipes are thoughtfully designed with longevity in mind. Upon arrival, please be sure to follow our best practices for receiving the flowers. Each stems longevity will differ depending on variety. If you follow our tips, the flowers are expected to last 5-7 days. Please note that some flowers will arrive in bud form (not yet open) to allow for prolific bloom and lifespan.

A flower recipe is a breakdown of all the flowers necessary to design your arrangement. It acts as a floral list of what will be included in your Floristry Kit.

A vessel is our word for vase. I.E. not your standard, boring, tall and narrow flower holder, but rather a bespoke handcrafted form. It’s what your flower arrangement will be designed in. Floristry Kit vessels are chosen by the featured Tastemaker to accompany their kit. We plan to pack your Floral Pantry with a whole lot of pretty so get ready to stock up on one-of-a-kind artisan vessels!

Each Tastemaker has their own specific tools of the trade that they design with. These tools are anything from chicken wire to flower frogs to floral tape and beyond. Be sure to check out our Floral Encyclopedia for a more detailed description on these tools and how to use them.

Fell in love with your flower arrangement and wish you could craft another? You can! Floristry Kit customers have the opportunity to reorder just the flowers associated with each kit (sans all the extra materials and tools that come with the first order). This allows for continuous finessing of your craft, friends. Once your original Floristry Kit has been purchased, you will receive an email notification allowing you to reorder just the flower recipe so long as the flowers remain in season. Flower reorders are only available to those who have already purchased a complete Floristry Kit.

Floristry Kit Shipping

Yes, shipping is included in the price of the Kit. Please refer to each individual product page for further detailed information.

Floristry Kits are shipped via two shipments as specified on the individual product page.
Shipment #1: All hard goods (vessels, tools, etc) are shipped via FedEx Ground or GLS one week prior to your fresh floral delivery.
Shipment #2: All live fresh floral material is shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. Please note that we generally ship on Wednesday for Thursday delivery. Please reference the individual product page for exact shipping dates and options as they vary from kit to kit.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email as well as updates along the way until it’s reached your doorstep.
Please carefully review your shipping address when inputting your order. The Floral Pantry™ is not responsible for any issues resulting in an incorrect delivery address.

Great question! We ship all live floral material on Wednesday afternoons so that you will have fresh flowers filling your space for the weekend ahead!

Not a problem! The flowers are hand packaged to ensure they stay protected, cool and hydrated. With that said, they’re eager to meet you! As soon as you’re able, please give them some love and attention according to the best practices included with your kit. Please note that once the package has left our facility we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages as a result of being left in inclement weather.

All Floristry Kits are shipped via GLS or Fedex Priority Overnight. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via email, as well as updates along the way, until it’s reached your doorstep. Most deliveries are scheduled to arrive before noon on the specified delivery date. Exact delivery times will depend on the service available to your address.

Every once in a while the kits hit a bump in the road during transit. 12 Floristry Kits and accompanying Tastemaker Tutorials are designed annually. Each month a new seasonal kit (aka a bundle of beauty!) and its accompanying Tastemaker Design Tutorial will be released. Members will receive one new Floristry Kit each month, shipped to their preferred delivery address on the date specified on the featured kit page. Your space will surely thank you for the revolving boost of seasonal blooms. Your soul will be singing to the tune of fa la la floral as you nurture your design sense. And by the end of the year your Floral Pantry will be packed with pretty. Need we say more?

New Floristry Kits are released every month, with kits shipping direct to you mid-month. If you’re a subscription member, prior to each month’s shipment you will receive a notice via email with all the details. This is your opportunity to select your preferred shipping date as well as to make any necessary changes to your upcoming delivery.

The short answer is yes. However, as we plan ahead (gathering, designing and preparing all the beautiful materials), we ask that you do the same. You can skip upcoming scheduled deliveries up to 5 weeks in advance. To skip an upcoming order before it processes please email us at members@thefloralpantry.com.

Our current membership subscriptions are for a six month commitment. At this time, we are unable to cancel or refund memberships once they are purchased. Why? Behind the scenes we are enthusiastically working ahead with our farms and material artisans to provide you with the best of the best floral ingredients and bespoke hard goods that come with each kit. As we’re asked to place the bulk of our orders in advance, we appreciate your assistance and understanding in honoring the commitment. We promise you won’t be disappointed.

The tutorials are each led by our curated network of floral tastemakers from around the world in conjunction with the featured Floristry Kits. The tutorials are viewable at any time and they can be paused, fast-forwarded, and re-watched as many times as you’d like so you can learn at your own pace. Members will have lifetime access to the Tastemaker Tutorials that they’ve paid for in their member account.
